Workforce Management and GeoPlanner

Plan, assign and follow field visits on a map.

For institutions whose officers visit businesses and payers: plan appointments, visits and follow-ups, and see all field activity in one place.

Field work is hard to coordinate

When officers visit businesses and payers, plans and follow-ups often live in spreadsheets and messages.

  • Areas and visit lists are shared by hand.

  • Managers can't see where officers are or how each visit went.

  • Appointments booked by phone don't reach the field team in time.

  • Collections by district are put together after the fact.

What it does

For managers

GeoPlanner

Draw areas on the map to assign business blocks to teams. Heat maps show where visits happen and where the opportunities are.

Scheduling and assignment

A calendar for team schedules, visits assigned one by one or in bulk, and leave and delegation handled in the same place.

Real-time tracking

A live map of where officers are, with each visit's status as it changes.

Executive dashboard

Daily activity, collections by district, consultation status, and expected against actual collections.

Access by role

Sign-in through your organisation's directory, with separate views for executives, supervisors and call-centre agents.

Telemarketing

Book appointments on behalf of field teams, and follow conversion and campaigns.

For field officers

  • A personal dashboard with collection targets

  • Daily, weekly and monthly visit lists

  • Business information and zakat payment history

  • Check-in and check-out with location verification

  • A zakat contribution planning calculator, using your institution's method

  • Digital quotations, prepared and sent on the spot

  • Forms for collecting new business data

  • Brochures and marketing material on the device

How a visit works

  1. Draw areas on the map and assign them to teams.

  2. Schedule visits one by one or in bulk, or book them from the call centre.

  3. The officer checks in at the visit, with the location verified.

  4. The officer prepares a quotation or collects new business data on the spot.

  5. The officer checks out, and the visit's status updates on the live map.

  6. Managers review the day's activity and collections by district.

Works with the other Tulus solutions

The Beneficiary Registry passes reviewed locations to GeoPlanner for assessment visits and assistance delivery. Tulus Amanah Assets can connect asset visits too, with the scope agreed separately.
