How a collection works
The collector signs in to the app.
The payer scans the collector's QR code and fills in a one-page form, or the collector enters the payer's details and amount.
The payer pays by FPX or DuitNow QR, or hands over cash.
The payment is split between your institution's account and the collector's commission.
Payer and collector are notified, and the receipt goes out by WhatsApp or email.
The payment syncs to your collection system and shows on the dashboard.
